Cocktail Hour – Guacamole, Queso and Salsa Bar
Guests are greeted with an attendant ready to mortar and pestle some guacamole with your guest’s favorite add-ins of fresh jalapeno, lime, garlic, onions, salsa, cheese, olives, and more. Zesty Queso Dip, topped with fresh pico de gallo.
The guacamole station is accompanied with hand-cut, fried on-site white corn tortilla chips and our salsa bar with fresh pico de gallo, handmade salsa, and salsa verde.
Dinner – Street Tacos
Carne Asada Taco – Carne asada served on top of locally made corn tortilla. Topped with cilantro, onion, grilled jalapeño, and cotija cheese.
Halibut Fish Taco – Locally made corn tortilla, citrus zested fresh halibut, mango-avocado salsa, lime crema, shredded cabbage, fresh cilantro.
Pollo Asada Taco – Pollo asada shredded and served on top of locally made corn tortilla. Topped with cilantro, onion, grilled jalapeño, and cotija cheese. Add sour cream, lime wedges, and hot sauce as you wish!
