Attention all Out of Town guests that were planning on staying at the Casino:
So there ended up being a mess up in the communication with the Casino and they only reserved our block of rooms for Friday and Saturday night. I know some were planning on getting here early and/or staying longer than Sunday. Unfortunately, unless you got your booking early, they are completely booked around our event.
At this point, the only thing you can do is stay at a different hotel outside the event dates.
Some recommendations –
If you want to stay out near the Airport, the Ramada and the SpringHill are within walking distance and have pretty good ratings.
If you want to stay near to us, the Fairfield Inn and the Holiday Inn Express are both good options just on the other side of I90.
