I met Kiersten working night shifts at a nursing home while starting out my nursing career in 2010. Even with her living in Lewiston, we managed to stay close friends and have even raised our kids together. She has been with me through the highs and lows of life. I look up to her as a wife and mother. She has always been an inspiration for me.

Derek’s Brother. We grew up together and I can’t image my life without him being in it. Like as far back as I can remember, I can’t think of a time without him. Even though he is my younger brother, I look up to his example as both a husband and a father.

I met this lovely lady 4 years ago when I first started working at Sacred Heart. She precepted me and we happened to share the same schedule. We bonded over similar interests and she never managed to get rid of me. LOL Dog man and a woman of God. I just love her so much!

Derek’s Best Friend. We have known each other since middle school but become close in college. It was said that “Clay got us into trouble and I got us out” haha. Jokes aside, he really got me out of my shell and I wouldn’t be where I am in life and who I am as a person without him.

I met Emily about 4 years ago when I moved into my current house. She lives right next door to me and has put up with me and my noisy children. LOL She has been so supportive and helpful throughout the years; participating in my kids events, supporting them at their sports activities, and even helping me with my home projects. Couldn’t imagine having a better neighbor and friend.

I met her dancing at Nashville North. She was my first real dance partner and also introduced me to a lot of friends I have in Spokane now. One of my closest friends even though we haven’t lived in the same place.

I met Dezirea working at another nursing home in 2011. We managed to be pregnant twice together supporting each other. She is always there when I need her and has been a really great friend to me throughout the years.

Met Greg working at West Valley School District. You are kind of forced to be friends with someone when you spend 8 hours a day with. However, we became good friends through video games and I wouldn’t be where I am in my career or personal life without him. Probably wouldn’t have met Gwen since it was his idea to go to Nashville North in the first place.
